The Pugliese Association of Hamilton is made up of members from the Apulia (Puglia) region in southeastern Italy. It is made up of the areas of Bari, Barletta-Andria-Trani, Brindisi, Foggia, Lecce, and Taranto. The Pugliese association is very active in the community with various dinners, events and dance performances.
Some traditional dishes from the Puglia region include: orecchiette pasta, focaccacia Barese and burrata.
