1.Add yeast to warm water and stir until completely dissolved. Let sit for 5 minutes. In large bowl add yeast, egg, sugar, olive oil and salt; whisk until foams.
2.Add flour and stir until liquid is absorbed and dough is soft and smooth. Let dough rise one to one and a half hours, until it doubles in size.
3.Prepare 2 pizza trays greasing with oil or Crisco.
4.Use finger tips to spread dough in trays.If dough shrinks back, let the it rest for ten minutes or so while preparing toppings.
5. Suggested bruschetta topping: tomatoes, garlic, basil, olive oil and salt add mozzarella, but you can substitute with other cheese or prepare without cheese.
6.Cook pizza at 450 for 15 minutes
