1.Beat the eggs, add lemon, sugar and beat all together

2.Add vanillina and choice of extract, add Crisco (Crisco should be soft), add flour and lievito bertolini.

3.Work dough.  Dough should be not hard.

4.Make into strips approximately 8 or 9 cm.

5.Cook with the required “ferro” on the stove.  Or an electric one, if you are lucky to have it.
