WTIH DOP- DENOMINAZIONED' ORIGINE PROTETA
Meaning Protected Designation of Origin. To receive this certification, tomato farmers must follow multiple, specific guidelines. The seeds must date back to the original strain of San Marzano tomato in the Sarnese Nocerino area of Italy. All of our pizza sauce is made with DOP San Marzano Tomatoes.
